Had really great first appointment and dental cleaning here. Dr Fain reviewed my x-rays and squeezed me up for the cleaning the same day. Dr. Sylvan Fain is a general dentist who has 15 years of experience in providing restorative, cosmetic, sedation, and implant dentistry. Dr. David Skaff has been practicing at the Biscayne Boulevard location for over 25 years, and we recently merged offices. We are also pleased to offer the services of Dr. Matthew Fien, a board-certified periodontist who visits our office to provide you with the highest standard of care available.

Our dental office is open at 8 AM four days a week and from 7 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays so you can make convenient dental appointments that fit your busy schedule.

Fain Dental Arts of North Miami: Sylvan Fain DDS is located on 11645 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 407, North Miami, FL. From Miami International Airport get on FL-112 E in Hialeah from Departures and Exits 2-3-4 and head west toward Arrivals. Then use the right 2 lanes to continue on Departures and use the middle 2 lanes to stay on Departures. After that, continue straight to stay on Departures and keep right. At this point, continue onto NW 21st St and use the right lanes to take the FL-112 E ramp to Miami Beach/I-95. Then drive along US-1 N/Biscayne Blvd and continue onto FL-112 E. After that, keep left to continue on I-195 E and take exit 2B toward US-1/Biscayne Blvd. Next, merge onto NE 36th St and turn right after Taco Bell (on the left). Finally, pass by Wendy's (on the right in 2.6 mi). Turn right and Fain Dental Arts of North Miami: Sylvan Fain DDS will be on the right.
